The first week of Growth Track is designed for you to learn more about the vision of HighRidge and our culture. The second week of Growth Track is an opportunity for you to discover your place at HighRidge and join our Dream Team if God is calling you to serve in a ministry.
Week One of Growth Track you will connect with HighRidge Church and discover the ins and outs of the church, learn details about beliefs, leadership and church government, how we handle money, and how we intentionally organize our church.

Week Two of Growth Track you will dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and begin the journey of discovering your purpose in life and how you can make a difference in the lives of others. Find out what it means to make a difference with HighRidge and connect to the opportunities available to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts.
